Shipping Policy
Please allow 8-9 business days for us to fully process your order. After your order is processed you will receive your order within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number when your order has been shipped.
You will have the option of 2-Day shipping (PRIORITY SHIPPING which puts insurance on your order and insures that you will receive your product in 1-3 days AFTER IT IS SHIPPED). However, this DOES NOT mean that you will receive your order 3 days after your order is placed. Your ordered must be successfully processed first.
For example, if you place an order on a Saturday, you must count 8-9 business days AFTER your order date (NOT INCLUDING THE WEEKENDS). Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation via direct message or email. Again, please allow 8-9 business days (not including weekends) for PROCESSING and 1-2 business days to receive your order.

Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ADOH does not issue refunds whatsoever. Due to the nature and use of each of our products, WE DO NOT accept any returns, OR accept cancellations.
ADOH is not responsible for ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Please be sure to contact USPS to file a claim, so that an investigation can began on your behalf. We encourage you to have your orders shipped to a trustworthy address or your work address.
In the event that you experience a ‘System Error”, you are STRONGLY suggested to file a claim with your bank on the pending payment to ensure and to speed up the refunding process. Please refer to the link below if you have any questions pertaining to system errors.
