1. What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship all domestic orders via USPS.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 8–9 business days for order processing. Once processed, delivery typically takes an additional 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Please note: A Dose of Honey reserves the right to extend processing or shipping times when necessary.

3. What products work best for acne?

We offer several acne-focused products, including:

  • Liquid African Black Soap
  • Turmeric & Milk Acne Bar
  • Aloevie Bar

 

 

4. Are any of your soaps safe for babies?

Yes — all of our soaps are vegan and all-natural. For infants and children, we recommend Tati’s “Treat Me” Mini Bars as the gentlest option.

 

 

5. What do you recommend for dry skin or eczema?

We suggest our Moisture Madness Set, which includes Tati’s Butter and Tati’s “Treat Me” Mini Bars for deep hydration and skin comfort.

 

 

6. Can I place my order early?

No. Orders can only be placed during scheduled Pre-Sales or Restock Days. If you miss both, you’ll need to wait approximately 4–5 weeks for the next restock.

 

 

7. When is the next restock?

Once announced, restock dates will be shared across all of our social media platforms and displayed in the announcement bar at the top of our website.

8. I’m interested in purchasing but don’t know what to choose. Can you recommend something?

At this time, we no longer offer individual skin consultations or product recommendations. We highly encourage reviewing product descriptions, customer reviews, and our Skin Guide to help you make the best choice for your needs.

9. What’s best for dark spots?

Dark spots require consistent treatment and exfoliation. Recommended products include:

10. My order was lost. What should I do?

You will need to contact USPS directly to file a claim. A Dose of Honey is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address or workplace. Please also check with neighbors, as packages are sometimes misdelivered.

 

 

11. Are your products all-natural? I have sensitive skin.

Yes — all ADOH products are 100% vegan and made with gentle, skin-loving ingredients.
