1. What shipping company do we use?

- We ship our products through USPS domestically. 

2. How long will it take for me to receive my order?- Please allow 8-9 business days for us to fully process your order. After your order is processed you will receive your order within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number when your order has shipped. Please note that ADOH has the right to extend shipping and processing times if needed.

3. What works best for acne? 
- Here at ADOH we have a number of products designed for acne. For example, our Liquid African Black Soap, Turmeric & Milk Acne Bar, and Aloevie Bar.

4. Are any of your soaps safe for babies? 
- Yes, all of our soaps are all-natural and vegan. However, the best recommendation for children and infants would be our Tati’s “Treat Me” Mini Bars.

5. What would you recommend for dry skin or eczema?

- My “Moisture Madness Set”, this set includes my Tati’s Butter and Tati’s “Treat Me” Mini Bars.

6. Can I place my order early?

- No. To place your order you must catch a Pre-Sale or Restock Day. If you miss both sales, then you will have wait for the 4-5 weeks for the next Restock.

7. When is the next Restock? 

- Once a Restock Date is announced, it can be found on all of media outlets as well as in the announcement bar located at the top of the site. 

8. Hey, I’m interested in purchasing a product, but I’m not sure what to get. Can recommend something for me?

- We no longer offer skin consultations or product recommendations here at ADOH. However, we HIGHLY recommend that you read throughly through product descriptions, customer reviews, and to refer to our skin guide to make your best judgement. 

9. What’s best for dark spots? 

- The key to dark spots is treatment and exfoliation. Products like the liquid African Black Soap, Turmeric & Honey Mask, Sadie’s Serum, & Guatemalan Coffee Scrub are recommended.

10. My order was lost. What do I do? 

You would need to contact USPS and file a claim on your behalf. ADOH is not responsible for ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. We encourage you to have your orders shipped to a trustworthy address or your work address. People do steal and the mail carriers get careless. Also, check with your neighbors, there have been several occasions where carriers have delivered packages to the customer’s neighbors

11. Are your products all natural? I have sensitive skin. 
- Yes, all ADOH products are 100% vegan.
